Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your order or if an item you ordered has a defect, you have 7 days to make an exchange of equal value on our website, to request a credit note that will be valid in store as well as online, or a refund.

For all merchandise returns, you must first send us a copy of your original invoice and a message telling us the reason for the return and all the information about the model you want to return (model name and of the company, size and color) to receive a return number. As soon as you receive your number, you have 7 working days to proceed to send the goods. It should be noted that returned clothing must be in its original condition, which means that it must not have been worn and / or washed and the labels must be on the returned item.

Delivery charges for an exchange or a return of merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. However, Ananas & Bananas will pay the shipping costs for the item you will buy back.
